粉红聚端孢引起的杧果新病害研究 被引量:12

摘要 于2009年在云南发现一种杧果新病害,搞清其病原菌与生物学特性,有利于进一步研究该病害的发生规律和防治措施。通过常规鉴定和rDNA-ITS序列克隆鉴定明确了该病的病原菌为粉红聚端孢(Trichothecium rose-um),并将该病害命名为杧果粉红聚端孢叶斑病。生物学特性研究结果表明,菌丝营养生长的最适温度为24℃;最适pH为8.0;光照处理有利于菌丝生长;碳、氮源利用分别以D-甘露糖和牛肉浸膏表现最好。该菌寄主范围广,人工刺伤接种活体叶片结果表明,该病原菌能侵染杨桃、芦荟、剑麻、橡胶、香蕉、番石榴、木薯和荔枝等常见热带植物。 A new leaf spot disease of mango was found in Yunnan province of China in 2009.A fungus was isolated from diseased leaves and Koch's law fulfilled.The fungus was identified as Trichothecium roseum according to its morphology and the sequence analysis of rDNA-ITS.The disease was named Mango Trichothecium roseum Leaf Spot.Assays of biological characteristics showed that the optimum temperature was 24 ℃ and the optimum pH value was 8.0 for mycelium growth.Light was favor to mycelium growth,but the effect was not significant.For mycelium growth,D-mannose was the optimum carbon source,whereas beef extract and peptone were the optimum nitrogen source.The fungus was pathogenic to many common tropical crops,such as star fruit,aloe,sisal,rubber,banana,guava,cassava and litchi,when artificially inoculated.
