脑出血患者植物神经功能昼夜变化规律分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用24 小时动态心电图记录38 例脑出血急性期患者(脑出血组)及30 例正常人(对照组)的心率变异性(HRV)指标及心律失常昼夜变化。结果:脑出血组HRV失去昼夜节律变化,昼夜总心率变异性降低,室性早搏、室上性早搏明显增多;白天以交感神经受损明显,交感、迷走神经失去平衡;夜间交感、迷走神经均明显受损,但二者保持平衡;22时至次日6 时迷走神经张力最高,但亦低于正常人。 The heart rate variability(HRV)and arrhythmia of 38 acute cerebral hemorrhage(cerebral hemorrhage group)and 30 healthy people(control group)were recorded using 24 hours ambulatory electrocardiogram The results showed that the circadian oscillation of HRV in the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage cases was lost,the sympathetic activity was significantly reduced during day and both the sympathetic and parasympathetic activities were markedly reduced at night Both at night and during day,the ventricular premature contruction and supraventricular premature Contrution were more than that of the controls
