摘要
目前大庆油田水平井均采用φ139.7 mm套管,由于水平井水平段起伏波动常造成套管变形,使得套管内有效内径变小,需要研制一种新型水平井射孔枪。通过严格的枪身材质优选、弹架结构设计、枪身连接结构设计和新型射孔弹开发,研制了95型水平井射孔枪和新型深穿透射孔弹。新型射孔枪的平均穿深达到645 mm以上,比89型水平井射孔枪穿深提升29%,并且能够实现在水平井射孔段内任意方向定向射孔。通过室内试验检测了95型水平井复合射孔枪的安全性能指标,优化出了最佳火药装药量。大庆油田现场试验证明,研制的新型水平井复合射孔枪完全满足水平井复合射孔的需要。
Currently all horizontal wells in Daqing Oilfield adopt φ139.7 mm casing.Due to the fact that the fluctuation in the horizontal section of horizontal wells often causes casing deformation and the effective diameter in casing becomes small,a kind of new horizontal perforating gun needs to be developed.Model 95 perforating gun and new-type deep penetration perforating charge were developed through optimization of the material for barrel and strict design of the gun's carrier and connection structure.The average penetration depth of the gun reached over 645 mm,increasing by 29% in comparison with that of Model 89 horizontal-well perforating gun,and achieving the directional perforation in any direction in the perforating section of horizontal wells.The safety performance index of Model 95 perforating gun was tested in the laboratory,and the optimal charge weight was optimized.The field test in Daqing Oilfield proved that this new gun could completely meet the needs of composite perforation in horizontal holes.
