摘要 针对油田注水井测试过程中井内注水压力高、防喷装置井口安装难度大、钢丝铠装电缆在注水井高压水密封处产生喷漏等难题,研制了液压起升三级防喷装置。该装置主要由液压起升系统、液压防喷系统和电缆传动系统组成。装置有效解决了注水井安装防喷装置需配备吊车,费时费力的问题;采用手压泵控制三级液压密封,解决了井口防喷装置喷漏的问题。胜利油田现场应用表明,该装置提高了注水井分层测试的安全性和测试效率,能够及时准确地录取水井测试资料和根据开发要求进行分层调配,为油田开发提供了可靠的手段。 In light of the problem with the existing BOPs in the testing of water injection wells,a titanium alloy three-stage hydraulic lifting BOP was developed.The BOP mainly consists of hydraulic lifting system,hydraulic blowout-prevention system and cable transmission system.It effectively solved the problem of installment of BOP in water injection wells.The adoption of the hand-pressing pump for three-stage hydraulic seal control solved the problem of the blowout and leakage of the BOP.The field application in Shengli Oilfield showed that the device improved the safety and efficiency of separate-layer testing in injection wells,and it was able to make a timely and exact logging of the data of well testing and perform separate-layer allocation according to the development requirement,providing the reliable means for oilfields development.
