Agriculture Infomationization:The New Motivation on China's Agricultural Economic Growth

摘要 信息技术无疑是改变我们这个时代的重要力量。发展中国家步入现代化的所谓"后发优势",在21世纪必定是与信息化联结在一起的。中国正处于赶超西方社会的关键时期,如果说以信息化带动工业化是中国新型工业化的道路选择,那么,信息化必将是中国告别传统农业并建立起现代农业的技术选择。近年来,中国的农业信息化已进入发展快车道,它对农业经济增长产生了何种影响以及影响的程度如何,就是一个值得深入探讨的问题。显然,农业信息化对中国农业经济发展存在着显著的积极影响,它不仅有助于提升农业机械、农业劳动力、土地等要素对农业经济增长的影响力,而且有助于通过科学施肥实现粮食增产。同时,将农业信息化因素加入到农业经济增长中,也降低了人力资本与农作物种植结构对农业产出的阻碍作用。 Information technology nowadays is no doubt an important force that changes our times greatly. At present it's a critical period to China catching up with development steps of Western countries. The development of a new-comer striving for modernization over the 21th century is definitely connected with infomationization together. It's the road of new industrialization that we have to choose by using information technology to stimulate industrialization. So does our agriculture that we should abandon traditional agriculture model and develop the modern agricultural technology. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's agriculture informationization, there are problems posed that what kind of its impact on our agricultural economic growth and how much it influence upon the growth. Obviously, there is a notable positive impact on China's agricultural economic rise, it helps not only to broaden the influence of those factors such as the agricultural machinery, labor, land which influence our agricultural economic growth, but also to achieve increasing foodstuff production by utilizing fertilizers scientifically. Meanwhile, if we introduce the informationization into the agricultural economic growth, which will be helpful to reduce the negative impact of human capital and the crop structure on agricultural output.
