党的十七大以来科学发展观的新发展研究

On the New Development of the Concept of Scientific Development since the 17th National Congress of the CPC

十七大以来,中国共产党在深刻总结领导全国各族人民推动科学发展、促进社会和谐的实践经验,尤其是在办成大事、办好喜事、办妥难事的基础上丰富和发展了科学发展观。本文从以人为本的执政理念、加快转变经济发展方式、把社会建设摆在更加突出的地位和以改革创新精神加强党的建设这四个主要方面作了梳理和总结,并且认为研究党的十七大以来科学发展观的新发展,具有重要的理论意义和政治意义。

Since the 17th National Congress of the CPC,based on the experiences of leading the people of the whole country to promote scientific development and harmony of the society,particularly in handling major affairs,facilitating favorable events and dealing with hard-cracking difficulty,the Communist Party of China has enriched and developed the concept of scientific development.Having made a summary from four aspects,this paper maintains that it is of theoretical and political significance to study the new development of the concept of scientific development since the 17th National Congress of the CPC.
