"Wealthy First and Common Wealth" and the Theory and Practice of the Imbalanced Development

当前一些人认为邓小平的"先富共富论"已经完成历史使命,提出了所谓的"过时论"。本文强调"先富共富论"的内核,是邓小平对客观经济社会发展与收入分配关系的分阶段的、有差别的基本规定性的高度概括,即,"先富共富论"反映的是人类经济社会的非均衡发展及其差别收入理论和实践规律。基于此,本文从"先富共富论"在邓小平理论体系中的重要地位、对封建主义平均分配思想的积极矫正作用,以及社会主义初级阶段的历史必然性、全面正确理解和坚持"先富共富论"等几个方面进行了理论的和实证的阐述,认为邓小平的"先富共富论"不仅没有"完成历史使命"和"过时",反而应该毫不动摇地、一如既往地、长期地贯彻实施下去。

Some said that Deng Xiaoping's 'wealthy first and common wealth' has accomplished its historical mission and become 'outdated'.This paper maintains that the 'wealthy first and common wealth' is Deng Xiaoping's generalization of the relations between objective economic development and the income distribution in different stages,which reflects the theoretical and practical laws of imbalanced development and the different income.With this as the basis,the author argues that Deng Xiaoping's theory has not been outdated but rather should be unswervingly carried on.
