高校的自主创新活动具有探究性、自由性、自主性、自发性、非线性、不确定性与超循环性。高校自主创新是高校在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务等方面向更高层次和更有序方向演化的自组织过程,是高校在与外部环境相互作用的基础上,发挥自身的人才、知识、信息、思想等创新优势,协同整合各种创新要素,使创新成果不断得到涌现的过程。

University self-innovation is a process of self-organization evolution from disorder or low lever to order or high lever in the aspects of student cultivation,scientific research,social serving etc.It is the synergism of university internal factor with the precondition of openness.It is a nonlinear process of emergency of innovation achievements by integration of talented persons,knowledge,information and thought.Study on university self-innovation mechanism have great significant in reality and theory for creative personal cultivation and building a innovative country.
