摘要
介绍了支撑板结构,从保证零件冲压精度、设计合理模具结构、提高生产效率方面考虑,详细分析比较了支撑板4个冲压工艺方案的优劣。经比较,采用了一个生产效率高,适用于大批量生产的冲压工艺方案。
The structure of a supporting plate was presented and four stamping processes for shaping the plate were studied and compared.Based on it,an optimized scheme was developed which can guarantee the stamping precision and increase the production efficiency
