摘要 为了提高自动络筒机的稳定性和工作效率,分析了当前络筒机风道存在的问题及其产生的原因,对络筒机吸纱风道进行了优化,设计出了带导流管道的变截面吸纱风道,通过数值方法进行计算,对比了优化前后吸纱风道内部流动情况,证明了优化设计方案的合理性。得出:优化后吸纱风道内的压力变化减小,抵抗外界干扰的能力增强,使得自动络筒机的稳定性和工作效率得到改善。 To improve automatic cone winding machine stability and work efficiency, problems existed in winding machine duct and the causes were analyzed. The yarn suction duct was optimized, new yarn suction duct with diversion pipelines and variable cross-section were designed. Through calculation,flow situation in yarn suction duct before and after optimization were contrasted. It is proved that the design is rational. It is considered that after the optimization, the pressure change of yarn suction duct is reduced,anti-jamming capability is increased,the stability and work efficiency of automatic cone winding machine can be improved.
