摘要
探讨氧气等离子体处理对PTT织物形状记忆功能的改善效果。通过SEM分析了氧气等离子体处理前后纤维表面形貌的变化,并改变等离子体处理时间、反应功率及氧气压强,研究了各因素对织物记忆效果的影响关系。试验结果表明,氧气等离子体处理使得PTT纤维表面形成微细凹坑并产生凸状沉积物,增大了其表面粗糙度,使PTT形状记忆织物的记忆效果有了较大幅度的改善。
Improvment effects of oxygen plasma treatment on PTT fabric shape memory function were discussed. Changes on fiber surface morphology before and after oxygen plasma treatment were analyzed by SEM. Through changing plasma treatment time, response power and oxygen pressure, relationships of each factor on fabric memory effect were studied. The tests resuh show that micro-pits on PTT fiber surface would be formed by oxygen plasma treatment,convex precipitate can be formed,PTT fiber surface roughness can be increased, memory effects of PTT shape memory fabric can be improved greatly.
