Practice of Sizing Tencel Fabric without PVA

研究CD-DF818MA浆料在Tencel品种上的上浆工艺。分析了Tencel产品的浆纱技术要点及CD-DF818MA浆料的性能,采用CD-DF818MA浆料完全取代PVA进行了上浆实践,对比了含CD-DF818MA浆料的配方与原含PVA浆料的配方的浆纱效果和织造效果。实践证明,采用CD-DF818MA浆料后,浆纱质量明显得到提高,织机效率达到92%以上。

Sizing processing of CD-DF818MA size mixture on Tencel product was discussed. Sizing technology key points of Tencel products and CD-DFS18MA size mixture properties were analyzed. PVA was replaced fully by CD-DF818MA size mixture,sizing effect and weaving effect of CD-DFSISMA size mixture instruction and original PVA, size mixture instruction were contrasted. The practice shows that after adopting CD-DF818MA size mixture,sizing quality can be improved obviously,loom efficiency can reach above 92%.
