摘要 中央商务区(CBD)不仅是一个国家和地区对外开放度和经济实力的体现,更是现代化国际大都市的一个重要标志。本文论述了当代中央商务区的基本功能和特征;以成都的CBD为例,分析了现阶段成都CBD的发展状况,并借鉴西方国家建设中央商务区的成功经验,提出成都构建CBD的发展模式的建议。 Central Business District(CBD) is not only the openness and the symbol of economic strength of a country or region,but also an important sign of a modern international city.The basic functions and features of the modern central business district was discussed,the current development Status of Chengdu's CBD in Chengdu's case was proposed and a suggestion of the development models of Chengdu's CBD construction learned from the successful construction experience in CBD in Western countries was proposed.
