摘要
针对大型复杂曲面铝合金结构焊接的机器人工作站,从项目规划、工装夹具设计、现场安装调试、工艺试验,到工程应用中存在的具体问题,进行了分析和改进。并通过生产应用和实例验证,取得了预期的效果。
As to the welding robot station of large complex curved surface of aluminum alloy structure,the author have done analysis and improvements from the project planning,design of frock clamp,site installation and commissioning,process testing to concrete problems in engineering applications, and obtained the desired results through the production application and instance verification.
