摘要
近年来随着镁合金应用范围的逐渐扩大,镁合金的焊接技术也得到了各行业的广泛关注。传统的镁合金成型技术已经不能满足实际使用和加工性能的要求,镁合金势必会遇到与其他异种金属或合金的连接,因此镁合金焊接研究已成为国内外学者研究的主要方向之一。针对镁合金焊接的特点及存在的切实问题,对钨极惰性气体保护焊、搅拌摩擦焊、电阻点焊等典型且具有潜力的焊接方法进行了介绍,并针对各种焊接技术存在的利弊进行了预测和展望。
With the scope of application of magnesium alloy will enlarge gradually in recent years,welding technology for magnesium alloys got extensive the other industries.Traditional of magnesium alloys forming technology has already cannot satisfy the practical use and processing of performance requirements, magnesium alloy will inevitably meet with other metal and alloy connection ,so the magnesium alloy welding research has become one of the main direction by many technicians.Aiming at the characteristics of magnesium alloys welding and existing problems,it introduced the typical and potential welding method,such as TIG,friction stir welding,the typical resistance spot,and according to various welding technology in the pros and cons of the corresponding forecast and the forecast.
