摘要
人事制度改革是深化医院改革的重要部分,如何进行人事制度改革是众多医院关注的热点。结合辽宁省人民医院推行“双聘制”的探索实践,指出在人事制度改革中,领导班子应提高认识,统一思想,坚定信心,把推行聘任制工作落到实处,并开辟多种分流渠道,妥善安排下岗人员。
Hospitals make active efforts to explore, find, understand and use rules about: how to rapidly develop large numbers of health service professionals for them to improve medical Sci-Tech services in quality, cost-effectiveness, efficiency; carry out optimized organization of working personnel on scientific , democratic .voluntary bases; rearrange through multiple shunting-channels parts of staff members who find themselves in an organization without having desired to be there and without the organization's need for them; as methods for solving problems left over in previous years, recultivate and help laid-off workers find new jobs.
