“冬病夏治”穴位敷贴操作技能的规范化研究

Study for the normative practice of "winter disease cured in summer" by applying acupoint patching

目的探讨穴位敷贴操作技术的规范化。方法将300例穴位贴敷患者分为两组,对照组按改进前的方法贴敷,观察组按改进后的方法贴敷。结果观察组与对照组在取穴准确率上差异无显著意义(P>0.05);患者等待贴敷时间,单人次比较,对照组优于观察组(P<0.05);药饼规范比较,观察组与对照组差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论取穴、定位、敷贴沿用改进前的贴敷方法,药饼制作采用改进后的方法,既可保证取穴的准确,规范药饼大小,又能提高贴敷效率。

Objective To study the standardized operation process for acupoint patching.Method Three hundred patients were selected and divided randomly into treatment group（150 cases） and control group（150 cases）.The treatment group are pasted with the improved operation,and the control group are pasted with the unimproved operation.Result There was no significant difference in the precision of acupoint between the treatment group and control group（P0.05）.The time of waiting for acupoint patchimg in individual in the control group was shorter than that in treatment group（P0.05）.There was significant difference in the standard of the paste between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The unimproved operation should be used in seeking and application acupoints,and the improved operation should be used in making paste,So not only the efficiency but the standardization of acupoint patching can be improved.
