企业行为因应生态环境责任的研究述评与理论归纳 被引量:1

摘要 本文从消费者响应、政府规制以及企业自愿规制三个方面,梳理了生态环境责任对企业行为影响的既有研究。在此基础上,笔者进行了理论探索,提出:应探讨企业行为因应生态环境责任的系统性理论框架,即求解约束条件改变(因消费者偏好而改变的价格函数、因环境管制而改变的生产函数、因环境影响因素纳入而改变的竞争博弈策略)的目标函数极大化问题;把环境因素纳入新古典企业生产函数中,其本质是把"环境"作为一种有价值的投入要素,并且在市场均衡中确定其价格;企业对于环境的自愿规制,是企业在新背景下基于竞争的博弈策略选择;企业所因应的生态环境责任,不仅仅是社会责任,而是渗透到了企业经营和发展的方方面面,须提炼出一个"核心概念"来体现生态环境责任对于企业行为的全面影响,并对企业行为因应生态环境责任的研究提出一个框架性的理论归纳。
