一种非走心式单轴车床数控自动送料机的结构设计 被引量:4

摘要 所设计的数控自动送料机专用于非走心式单轴车床,实现自动送料加工,适用棒料规格在5-40 mm.整机采用CNC控制,输送系统为伺服电机控制,无级调速,具有精度高,速度快的优点.同时具有自动检测料长1.3-1.5 mm棒料,可混合放置加工、无料报警及无料20 s内停机工作等功能. This paper designed by CNC automatic feeding dedicated to the walk heart type uniaxial lathe,realizing automatic feed processing,applicable bar stock with the specification5~40 mm.The machine adopts CNC control,conveying system for servo motor control,stepless speed regulation,with high precision and fast speed,advantages.At the same time has auto-examination material long bar feeders,can mix 1.3~1.5 mm placed processing,anticipate alarm,anticipate 20 seconds stop work,and other functions.
