3种化学调控剂对西农979抗倒伏性的影响 被引量:16

摘要 以西农979为试验材料,测定3种化学调控剂对小麦形态指标、生理指标与产量的影响。结果表明,在小麦拔节期喷洒新型抗倒伏化学调控剂麦巨金、麦业丰和传统化控剂多效唑能有效抑制小麦株高,其中多效唑抑制作用最强,麦巨金最弱;麦巨金和麦业丰能明显提高麦株基部第1、2节间充实度,有效增加拔节至成熟期小麦叶面积系数和旗叶叶绿素含量,提高小麦叶片的光合效能和籽粒灌浆速率,而多效唑效果则不明显;3种化学调控剂均增加了小麦穗长、结实小穗数和千粒质量,使不孕小穗数减少,产量增幅达4.9%-9.2%。方差分析结果表明,在3种化学调控剂间小麦的穗长、结实小穗数与产量的差异显著,而不孕小穗数、千粒质量则无显著性差异。 Lodging is always one of important facts leading to reduction of wheat output.In order to explore the effects of different chemical control agents on lodging-resistance,physiological indexes and yield of wheat,field experiments were conducted with Xinong 979 as experiment material of wheat and spraying three chemical control agents including Maijujin,Maiyefeng and PP333 at the jointing stage.The results showed that three control agents restrained the growth of wheat.Compared with the control,with Maijujin and Maiyefeng treatments,the lodging-resistant strength of the first and the second basal internodes were improved;leaf area index and chlorophyll contents gradually increased,so the photosynthetic efficiency and the grain filling rate were improved.But the biological effect of PP333 on wheat was not evident.Three chemical control agents were all conducive to increase the wheat yield,its amplitude was achieved 4.9%-9.2% compared to the control.The results of analysis of variance indicated that with various agents treatment,spikelet length,bearing spikelet and yield showed significant difference(P0.05),while unbearing spikelets and 1000-grain weight had not significant difference(P0.05).
