炼钢生产用循环冷却水系统的节水改造 被引量:3

Energy-saving Reconstruction Case of Circulating Cooling Water System for Steel Production

摘要 某钢铁企业循环冷却水系统正常运行一年多后,循环水开始产生大量泡沫,并愈发严重。分析了该循环冷却水系统的起泡原因,介绍了所采取的处理措施,经过研究讨论提出了改造方案。2年多的运行实践表明,采取的改造方案经济合理,循环冷却水系统实现了安全经济运行,出水水质指标达到了用水水质目标,彻底解决了循环水产生大量泡沫的问题。该钢铁企业循环冷却水系统的改造案例,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。 After more than one year of normal operation of circulating cooling water system of a steel enterprise, large amount of foam began to appear in circulating cooling water system and became more serious. The causes of foam formation were analyzed, the treatment measures were introduced, and the reconstruction scheme was proposed. The operation practice for more than two years shows that the scheme is economic and reasonable, the circulating cooling water system achieves the safe and economic operation, the effluent indexes reach the water quality requirement, and the problem of circulating water bubble is completely solved. The reconstruction case of circulating cooling water system of the steel enter- prise can provide reference for similar projects.
