仔猪功能性脂肪研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 新生和断奶仔猪不能有效地利用饲料油脂。以乳脂组成调配的日粮脂肪是断奶仔猪适宜的脂肪源。磷脂和中链脂肪对于仔猪脂肪消化、营养代谢、免疫反应和健康都具有重要的作用。由磷脂和中链脂肪等构成的脂质体,是定位和缓释性提供仔猪功能性脂肪的高效途径。
