HPLC法测定口腔溃疡膜中氢化可的松的含量

Content Determination of Hydrocortisone in the Film of Oral Ulcer

目的:建立测定口腔溃疡膜中氢化可的松含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为SinochromODS-BP柱,流动相为乙腈-水(50∶50),检测波长为245nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,进样量为10μL。结果:氢化可的松进样量在0.2092～1.5690μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);高、中、低浓度平均回收率分别为102.8%(RSD=1.59%)、102.4%(RSD=1.35%)、102.9%(RSD=0.77%)。结论:本法简便、快速、分离度好、结果准确,可用于口腔溃疡膜的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for the content determination of hydrocortisone in the flim of oral ulcer. METHODS： HPLC method was adopted. The column was Sinochrom ODS-BP column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （50 ∶ 50） at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 245 nm and the injection volume was 10 μL. RESULTS： The linear range of hydrocortisone was 0.209 2～1.569 0 μg（r=0.999 9）; The average recoveries were 102.8% （RSD=1.59%）, 102.4%（RSD=1.35%）, 102.9%（RSD=0.77%）, respectively. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, rapid, well-separated and accurate for the content determination of hydrocortisone in oral ulcer film.
