婴儿细菌性结膜炎的抗菌药物筛选

Selection of antibacterial drugs in infantile bacterial conjunctivitis

通过对235例婴儿细菌性结膜炎的病原菌及药敏试验,采用妥布霉素、庆大霉素、氧氟沙星眼液分组对照治疗观察.结果表明三种药物的总药敏度分别是89.39%、39.39%和65.66%(P＜0.005),临床总有效率分别为92.00%、54.00%和72.00%(P＜0.005),总药敏度与临度与临床总有效率基本一致.妥布霉素不仅广谱且抗菌作用最强,还对绿脓杆菌作用突出,其眼液也适用于婴儿.

Based on data of analysis of pathogens and sensitivity to antibiotics, effects of tobramycin, gentamycin ain ofloxacin eyedrops on infantile bacterial conjunctivitis was observed. The results showed that the rate of sensitivity to antibiotics was 89. 39% , 39. 39T and 65. 66% respectively(P < 0. 005) . The rate of total clinical efficacy was 92. 00%, 54. 00% and 72. 00% (P < 0. 005), Which was in accord with the former. It has been demonstrated that tobramycin not only exerts effect of wide antibacterial spectrum but also is efficacious in infections of pseudomonas aeruginosa. Tobramycin eyedrops are suitable to be used in infant.
