摘要 研究基于混合励磁同步发电机–矩阵变换器(hybrid excited synchronous generator-matrix converter,HESG-MC)组合的变速恒频发电系统,将矩阵变换器的钳位保护电路与混合励磁同步发电机的励磁全桥电路融合,省去了直流励磁源,实现混合励磁同步发电机的自励磁。推导基于HESG-MC组合的发电系统的数学模型,在理论分析的基础上,针对该系统提出矩阵变换器恒调制比的电压闭环控制策略,通过对励磁电流的调节实现矩阵变换器输出恒频恒压的交流电能。最后,通过实验验证了HESG-MC变速恒频发电系统及其控制策略的有效性。 This paper investigated the use of matrix converter(MC) and hybrid excited synchronous generator(HESG) in variable speed constant(VSCF) distributed generation unit.A new circuit topology which integrated both advantages of HESG and MC realized the voltage clamp and excitation current control for HESG-MC generation system.The new topology omitted the source for excitation,and self-excited was implemented.The mathematic model of HESG-MC system was derived in this paper,besides,a close loop voltage control strategy with MC constant modulation ratio and HESG excitation current regulation was proposed,which realize the constant frequency constant magnitude voltage output in MC side.The validity of HESG-MC system and its control scheme are verified by experiments.
