摘要
小麦条锈菌(Puccinia striiformisf.sp.tritici)引起的小麦条锈病是小麦生产上最重要的病害之一。国内外的研究和生产实践证明,利用抗病品种是防治该病最有效、经济和安全的途径。然而,在生产实践中由于抗源单一化和小麦条锈菌的高度变异性,品种抗病性很容易被病原菌新小种所克服,这已经成为应用抗病品种防治小麦条锈病的世界性难题。因此,不断地鉴定和筛选新的抗条锈病基因以选育替代抗病品种是解决这一难题的重要途径。
To identify and tag new resistance genes to stripe rust in wheat cultivar Gaby,the stripe rust races(Puccinia striiform f.sp.stritici)CYR29,CYR30,CYR31,CYR32 and Sun11-11 were selected as inoculums.Stripe rust resistance of Gaby was identified and genetic analysis of resistance was made in the progeny population of Gaby crossed with susceptible cultivar Mingxian169 at seedling stage.Simple sequence repeat(SSR) was used to develop molecular markers linked to the resistance gene in wheat cultivar Gaby.The results showed that Gaby possessed effective resistance to China yellow rust,and genetic analysis indicated that the resistance to CYR29 was controlled by a single dominant gene.SSR markers,as well as 320 pair primers combined with bulked segregation analysis(BSA) revealed that four SSR markers Xwmc760,Xgwm397,Xwmc698 and Xwmc161 located on chromosome 4AL were linked to the resistant gene,temporarily designa-ted as YrGaby1.YrGaby1 was also located on the chromosome arm,closely linked to Xwmc698 with genetic distance of 5.1 cM.The farthest marker Xgwm397 was 13.8 cM to YrGaby1.It could provide a scientific basis for resistance gene pyramiding and application of marker-assisted selection on stripe rust gene.
