摘要
网络百科全书是随着Web2.0技术的发展而出现的新的知识创造和传播方式。网络百科全书的成功依赖于广大用户的积极参与和贡献。本研究基于虚拟社区感的概念和理论,建立互联网用户参与网络百科编写的影响因素的理论模型,并进行了实证研究。研究结果表明网络用户在网络百科系统中的成员感、影响力和沉浸感,以及网络百科社区中的社会资本、评级制度和系统平台质量对其参与度有着显著的影响。
With the widespread of the Internet,online encyclopedia is experiencing a rapid growth as a Web2.0 application.Online users＇ participation and contribution is critical to the success of online encyclopedia.This paper studies the factors influencing users＇ participation in online encyclopedia.The results show that users＇ sense of virtual community,social capital and ranking system in the community,and the system quality have significant influences on their participation.
