摘要
纵向一体化专利联盟是产业发展的新趋势。研究产业结构调整中关键角色纵向一体化专利联盟如何促进产业结构调整动态演化过程,构建不同策略的产业结构形态如何形成稳定性趋势。研究表明,纵向一体化专利联盟促进产业结构调整形态不稳定,存在纵向一体化专利联盟为主导研发和产业链自主研发的多种模式,最后从产业结构调整角度提出了相应的对策建议。
