摘要
基于省级面板数据构建了中国省域的创新投入产出经验模型,该模型首次把商标数量作为创新的度量指标,实证分析了我国27个省市的风险投资、研发等因素对区域创新产出的影响。实证结果表明,无论是只考虑风险投资和研发投入的简单模型,还是在控制了研发投入、经济发展水平、工资水平、开放度、教育水平变量后的扩展模型,我国的风险投资对创新均具有明显的促进作用。研究还发现,我国的研发投入对创新产出具有正向促进作用,并且研发投入对区域创新能力的促进作用要明显高于风险投资。同时,风险投资与商标之间并不存在明显的滞后效应。经济发展水平和教育水平也会有利于区域创新,但并未发现国内各地区工资水平和开放程度对区域创新能力的显著影响。
This paper constructed provincial experience in the domain of innovation input-output model using panel data methods,trademark is an indicator of innovation that we introduce trademark into the model in the first time,analysis the impact of regional innovation output and cities about venture capital,research and development,economic development level,wage levels,educational level and openness of China's 27 provinces.The empirical results show that venture capital for innovation all have a clear promoting role not only simple model just to consider RD and venture capital but also the model in the control of the research and development,economic development level,wage levels,the degree of openness,level of education.And we also found that,RD on innovation output has a positive role in promoting,this research have been found to be consistent,on the regional innovation systems,RD developed the capacity to be significantly higher than the promotion of the role of venture capital.Meanwhile,venture capital and there is no lag between the trademarks.Regional economic development level and education level will be conducive to regional innovation,but we did not find regional wage level and openness of the regional innovation ability of visible evidence of positive impact.
