摘要
目的针对目前电针仪输出脉冲频率组成固定而规则度高、普遍产生针感快速减弱或消失的缺陷,研制新型电针刺激脉冲输出装置。方法以计算机编程技术和微电子技术、制作可通过人机界面精准地控制电脉冲串频率组合的装置。检测该装置输出的一种不规则性脉冲串,以视觉评分法评价和比较此种脉冲串和规则脉冲串刺激志愿者足三里及合谷穴位30min的针感变化。结果该装置可设置任意多种规则或不规则电脉冲波,且具有储存和复现所输出的刺激波的功能,与规则脉冲刺激波比较,适中度针感明显延长(P<0.05)。结论该装置能够设置、保存和再现电针刺激脉冲,并可输出具有持续电针针感电激脉冲串。
Objective The pulses generated by the electro-acupuncture apparatus in common use are with fixed frequency.Consequently the needling sensation would weaken or even vanish quickly(the electro-acupuncture sensory adaptation) during the elcetro-acupuncture for the regular of the pulses.This study intended to develop a computer control electro-pulse output unit to resolve it.Methods The unit was developed with computer aided programming and microelectronics so the frequency could randomly vary with man-maching dialogue.The unit was detected in this way.An irregular electro-pulse whose frequency gradually changed in 2~100Hz was set.Its effect in resenting the electro-acupuncture sensory adaptation was evaluated.Results All kinds of regular or irregular pulses could be set,generated accurately by the unit and saved as files for application conveniently.Acupuncturing the points with the irregular pulse for 30 minutes,the needling sensations could be maintained through the stimulating.On the contrary,with the regular pulse,the sensations fast weakened(P0.05).Conclusion The electro-pulse output unit we developed can set and took-off the electro-pulses freely.Furthermore the pulses can be saved and reexported as it is needed.Some of the pulses can maintain the needling sensation.
