Zhanjiang's Basic Education and its Balanced Development:An Investigation Report

湛江市基础教育依然存在着不容乐观的非均衡发展问题。从霞山区和廉江市的基础教育数据对比来看,湛江市基础教育的非均衡发展主要体现在区域间不均衡、城乡间不均衡、校际间不均衡和结构性失衡等方面。基于湛江市经济与社会发展情况,解决湛江市基础教育非均衡发展问题亟须实施"评估工程"、"直管工程"、"集团工程"、"标准工程"、"信息工程"、"提薪工程"和"培训工程"。

There are still severe unbalanced development problems in Zhanjiang＇s basic education. Based on the data comparison of basic education between Xiashan District and Lianjiang City, Unbalanced development of zhanjiang＇s basic education mainly embodies regional imbalance, urban--rural imbalance, inter--school imbalance and structural imbalance. Because of economic and social development of Zhan- jiang, solutions to unbalanced development of zhanjiang＇s basic education should mainly include evaluation project, direct management project, group project, standardization project, informatization project, salary increased project, further education project.
