摘要
我国的著作权法对署名权的行使做出了规定,并提供了较为广泛的保护。但侵害署名权的现象仍然时有发生,并呈现出各种各样的方式。对侵害署名权的各种行为进行分析,并采取有效措施,有助于减少侵犯署名权现象的发生。
China＇s Copyright Law has provisions to regulate the use of the right of authorship, and pro vide broad protection to the authorship right. But the autorship right infringement also accurs sometimes,and takes on various quomodo, analyse the behavior and characteristics of authorship right infringement detailedly, and take effective measures, to reduce the occurrence of authorship infringement.
