摘要
报道2例青少年肾移植患者Cs34次血药浓度检测结果,发现青少年(13～17岁)肾移植患者血中Cs有效维持浓度比成人患者低,约为200～400ng·ml^(-1)。
The monitoring results of 34 cyclosporin concentration in serum after transplantating operation in 2 cases of adolescent patients (13-17 years old) receiving renal transplantation were reported. The therapeutic window of cyclosporin in adolescent patients receiving renal transplantations was lower (between 200 to 400 ng·ml-1) than that of adult recipients.
