运脾止泻推拿法治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎临床观察

Clinical Efficacy of Transporting Massage and Stopping Diarrhea in the Treatment of Children Rotavirus Enteritis

目的:观察运脾止泻推拿法治疗小儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻临床疗效。方法:按照随机对照原则,将研究对象分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例,治疗组应用运脾止泻推拿法,对照组常规口服药物。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻总有效率分别为93.75%、75%,两组间差别性比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运脾止泻推拿疗法治疗小儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻疗效优于单纯内治法。

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of transporting massage and stopping diarrhea in the treatment of children diarrhea caused by rotavirus infection. Methods ： In accordance with randomized controlled principle, the participants were divided into treatment group and control group, every group contains 32 patients. The treatment group was treated by transporting massage and stopping diarrhea, the control group were treated by conventional oral drugs. Results ：The effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 93.75% .75%, there have difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ） between the treatment group and control group in the treatment. Conclusion：The treatment of transporting massage and stopping diarrhea is more effective than the internal treatment.
