自体微小颗粒骨移植治疗感染性骨缺损的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨自体微小颗粒骨治疗兔感染性移植骨缺损的效果。方法将双侧桡骨中上段骨髓炎造模成功的32只家兔随机分成颗粒骨组和微小颗粒骨组,双侧桡骨中上段行清创术并制成1 cm节段性骨缺损,两组1期分别行自体小颗粒骨和微小颗粒骨植入,并于术后2、4、8和12周行大体形态、X线和组织学观察及Lane-sandhu评分。结果术后第8周X线可见微小颗粒骨组比颗粒骨组成骨效果优良,骨缺损修复,髓腔通畅;第2、4、8周微小颗粒骨组X线评分优于颗粒骨组(P<0.05);第12周两组X线评分差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);第2、4、8、12周微小颗粒骨组组织学评分均优于颗粒骨组(P<0.05)。结论兔感染骨缺损自体微小颗粒骨植入较小颗粒骨植入成骨效果更佳。 Objective To explore the effect of repairing infected bone defect useing autologous micromorselized bone.Methods 32 white rabbits with radius infected defect were randomly divided into two groups.the A group were implanted autogenous small bulk bone and the B group were implanted autogenous morselized bone.The effects were evaluted by X-ray and histopathology examination respectively at different time points after operation.Results Autogenous micromorselized bone grafts exhibited better performances than small bulk bone did.There were no significant differences in the X-ray grade between two group after 12 weeks of surgery.X-ray scores in B group were significantly better than those in A group at the 2,4 and 8 week after treatment(P0.05).The histological score in micromorselized bone group were significantly better than those in small bulk bone group at the 2,4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Autogenous micromorselized bone grafts have better osteogenesis than small bulk bone.
