摘要
自主创新是发展高技术产业的基础,也是高技术产业发展的核心动力。对于发展中国家来说,由于人力资本、技术和资金比较缺乏,提高创新效率就显得尤为重要。运用数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis)方法的BCC模型对中国高技术产业内的17个行业的自主创新效率进行了评价,得出了各行业自主创新的技术效率和规模效率,并通过投影分析,提出了非有效单元如何进行有效性调整的有关建议。
Independent innovation is the basis and core power in developing high - teeh industries. To developing countries, improving the innovation efficiency is especially important because their human capital, technology and funds are scarce. The paper evaluated the independent innovation efficiency of 17 high - tech industries by using the BCC model of DEA method, obtained the independent innovation technical and scale efficiency of every industry and made the suggestions about how inefficient DMUs improve the efficiency through projection analysis.
