摘要 根据某双吸离心泵设计的性能要求,以原有的比转速相近的双吸泵流道为基础,采用相似换算法得到新双吸离心泵流道的初步设计。借助CFD数值模拟技术对新设计方案进行性能预测分析,以进行流道的修改和优化,最终达到该双吸离心泵设计的性能要求。将最终设计结果进行多工况的性能预测,得到在可能运行范围内的性能曲线,并同原双吸离心泵试验值相比较,验证了设计结果的可靠性。 According to the performance requirements of a double-suction centrifugal pump,based on the analysis of the flow channel of the original pump with similar specific speed,the initial design of the new double-suction centrifugal pump is worked out by adopting the similar conversation.The performance prediction which was obtained by means of CFD numerical simulation technique can guide the modification and optimization of the new design.The final design can satisfy the requirements of the double-suction centrifugal pump.In comparison with the experiment results of the original double-suction centrifugal pump,the performance curve in the range of possible operation which was derived from the final design by using the method of multi-operation condition's numerical simulation can verify that the design results is reliable.
