摘要
如何建立高层次人才管理长效机制是高校人才管理工作的核心问题。对国内高校关于高层次人才的界定、遴选、待遇及考核制度进行综述,发现高校高层次人才管理中存在的问题,为国内高校的高层次人才管理工作带来启示。
