棉花机械化自动制钵机的设计

Design of Cotton Mechanized Bowl-making Machine

针对现有棉花制钵机普遍存在生产效率低、劳动强度高、不能连续作业等不足和缺陷,在研究了棉花制钵工艺的基础上,研制了一种新型冲压式棉花制钵机。通过大量实验证明:该制钵机能够满足棉花育苗、移栽的工艺要求,同时又大幅度提高了制钵的机械化,能够一次性自动完成充土—压实-打孔—成钵等多项工序,具有生产效率高、劳动强度低、成钵质量好等特点,是一种较为实用的农业机械。

Aim at these problems such as lower working efficiency,higher labor intensity,and can＇t continued operation in the process of the cotton bowl-making.A new-style ramjet bowl-making machine is designed based on the technology of cotton bowl-making system.The experiment results showed that this device suits agricultural need in cotton plant process.It completes filling up soil,punching holes,sowing seeds,shaping,extracting and so on in one turn.It greatly improves mechanization of the system.The device is a kind of efficient and useful machine for cotton mechanized bowl-making.
