摘要
传统的转向梯形机构的设计,一般采用作图法和解析法,作图法误差较大,解析法计算量大。为此,采用MATLAB优化工具箱对农用运输车进行转向梯形的优化设计。针对前置梯形和后置梯形两种情况采用了fmincon函数和ga函数。通过设计实例的计算和分析,表明了MATLAB优化工具箱对于解决农用运输车转向梯形的优化设计这类实际工程约束最优求解问题是有效的,而且精度较高,计算量较小。
The traditional design of steering mechanism generally uses graphic method and analytic method.There is biggish error in graphic method,and there is large amount of calculation in analytic method.The MATLAB optimal toolbox was used to farm transporter for optimization design of steering trapezoidal in this paper.The fmincon function and ga function were used to the front and rear trapezoid.Through the calculation and analysis to the design example,the MATLAB optimal toolbox is effective to solve steering trapezoidal farm transporter of optimization problems,and there were high precision and less computing workload.
