摘要
管理思想的流行呈现出十分显著的生命周期性现象。尽管管理思想流行的生命周期呈日益变短的趋势,可是许多新管理思想的短期影响力却明显增强。管理思想的这种生命周期性的存在,不仅有社会变迁、技术变革、教育进步、组织需求等外部原因,还同管理思想具有理论性与实践性的双重特征,以及不同管理思想演进维度之间的消长竞争等内部原因有密切关系。
The prevalence of management thoughts emerges the phenomenon of life period. With the shorter life period, many new management thoughts show magnitude impacts in short time. Such kind of life period comes from exterior reasons that include social transform, technical change, educational progress and organizational need; and from the interior reasons that include the double traits both the theory and practice in one management thought, and the competition among different evolution dimensions of management thoughts.
