摘要
科技项目资源在多项目管理中具有稀缺性和期待效用最大化的特征,因此需要对准备开展的项目进行资源优化,提高资源的利用效率。针对企业科技项目资源存在多种资源投入和多项产出的复杂性特征,提出了对资源利用效率的DEA评价和优化方法,运用DEA方法对企业科技项目资源的综合效率进行评价,利用投影分析对非有效的项目进行优化,以期达到资源的合理配置。
Because of the scarcity of technology resources and the expectation of maximization of technology utilization, technology resources allocation and efficient resource utilization in multi - project management become vitally necessary. To satisfy the complexity of multi input and output of technology resources in enterprises＇ technology innovation projects, Data envelopment analysis （DEA） is applied to evaluate the technology resources utilization efficiency. Inefficient projects are optimized to achieve the expected technology resource rational allocation by using projection analysis.
