GIS技术在基本农田整备区划定中的应用—以重庆秀山县中和镇为例

Application Research on the Designation of Basic Farmland Readiness District Based on GIS—A Case of Zhonghe Town of Xiushan County in Chongqing

基本农田整备区是本轮土地利用总体规划新提出的一个概念,划定基本农田整备区更加有利于基本农田保护目标的实现。为此,在基本农田保护区和土地整治区已确定的基础上,基于GIS的空间分析技术,选取坡度、连片性、海拔、表层土壤质地等指标建立一般农田入选基本农田整备区指标体系,通过理想点法对研究区一般农田进行排序,将排序结果中名次靠前的一般农田优先划入基本农田整备区,并结合基本农田保护区以及土地整治区范围,实现基本农田整备区的划定。

Basic farmland readiness district was a new definition proposed in the latest round of land use overall planning,which help to realize the protection task of basic farmland.Based on the determination of basic farmland protection district and land remediation,the thesis established a comprehensive evaluation index system through such indexes as slope,contiguous,altitude and surface soil texture using GIS technique.Then it sorted the general farmland through ideal point method,put the top of the group to the basic farmland readiness isstrict.Finally,it designated basic farmland readiness district combining basic farmland protection district and land remediation.
