摘要
前车架是连接后车架、前车桥和工作装置的机构,是农用装载机的关键部件之一。为此,结合虚拟样机技术,使用Pro/E和ADAMS建立轮式装载机前车架及其工作装置的虚拟样机后,对其进行了多体动力学仿真,得到了前车架承受的动态载荷曲线,为前车架的有限元分析提供参考。
The front frame is a key component of an agriculturalloader,in which the rear frame,the front vehicle bridge and the work equipment are connected.Combine the virtual prototyping technology,Pro/ENGNEER software is used to model the front frame and the work equipment of wheel loader,the dynamic load curves is obtained by means of multibody dynamics simulations in ADAMS.In addition,which can provides basis for further finite element analysis of the front frame.
