摘要 借助ISM方法,构建了煤矿安全事故频发影响因素的解析结构模型图,系统地分析了各因素之间的影响关系,得到如下结论:(1)安全意识和安全设备是煤矿安全事故频发的直接原因;(2)矿工文化素质低、劳动力过剩、地质条件差、经济发展水平低;(3)监管制度不健全是煤矿安全事故频发最根本的原因;管理者是煤矿安全事故频发的核心问题。 In order to get the key influence factors of coal mine accidents occurred frequently,its influence factors indexes system was built.The hiberarchy model of the influence factors was concluded by Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM) after the relations between each pair of factors were analyzed.The conclusions about the key influence factors of coal mine accidents occurred frequently were drew.(1) poor safety consciousness and incomplete safety equipment were the direct influence factors;(2) lower culture quality of miners,labor redundance,bad geological conditions and lower level of economic development were the basic factors that lead to the coal mine accidents occurred frequently;(3)unperfect supervisory system was the root factor,and the manager was the key problem to decrease coal mine accident.
