大倾角钢丝绳芯凹形纹带式输送机研制

摘要 鹤壁煤电股份有限公司九矿原煤运输系统的两级主斜井箕斗提升能力小,为了提高矿井原煤运输能力,研究设计新型的钢丝绳芯凹形纹带式输送机,采用双排V形托辊组使输送带成槽,目的是增加原煤上运时物料和输送带之间的摩擦因数,解决了煤炭上运时的下滑问题。结果表明矿井28.5或29°倾角的巷道实现带式输送机上运是成功的。同时带式输送机电控采用变频控制技术,实现了电气软启动、变频调速和双电机功率平衡。 The skip hoisting capacity of the two stage mine main inclined shaft for the raw coal transportation system in No.9 Mine of Hebi Coal and Electric Power Corporation Ltd.was small.In order to improve the mine raw coal transportation capacity,a new mode steel cord and concave veins belt conveyor was researched and designed.A double row V shaped roller group was applied to make the conveyor belt in trough and the purposes the trough belt was to improve the fraction coefficient between the material and the conveyor during the raw coal upward conveying and to solve the down sliding problem during the coal upward conveying.The results showed that the upward belt conveyor applied in the mine roadway with 28.5° or 29° was successful.Meanwhile the electric control with the frequency converted control technology of the belt conveyor could realize the electric soft start,the frequency converted speed control and the double electric motor power balance.
