摘要 原1YSG-1型烟田施肥起垄机的浮动地轮机构工作不可靠,当两侧地轮滚过的地面高度差较大时,容易掉链条;多种不同密度的肥料放入一个肥料箱中进行施肥时,易出现肥料混合不均匀现象;起垄时若遇土质坚硬的情况,机架局部易变形。针对上述问题,改进设计了1YSG-1型烟田施肥起垄机,优化了其结构方案。田间试验表明:改进后的地轮浮动机构工作可靠,多种密度不同的肥料放入两个肥料箱中进行施肥,施肥均匀性好,在各种不同硬度的土壤上作业未出现机架变形现象,为实现烟草施肥起垄过程的机械化提供了技术支持。 For the original 1YSG-1-type tobacco field fertilization ridging machine to round the floating body of work is not reliable when the wheels rolling across the ground on both sides to the height difference is larger,easier to get off the chain;a variety of different densities into a fertilizer fertilizer box for fertilizer,the fertilizer mixture prone to uneven;In case of hard soil conditions,the rack of local issues such as prone to distortion,improved design of the 1YSG-1-type tobacco field fertilization ridging machine optimized structure is designed.Contrast tests on the prototype through various structures are carried out.According to test results,analysis and evaluation are performed.Therefore differences in performance of fertilizing and ridging machine with various structures are found out,which provide guidance for determining the best structure of the fertilizing and ridging machine.
