摘要
基于福田欧豹拖拉机构建了拖拉机,振动测试系统,得到振动特性数据,从定性角度分析了拖拉机座椅振动系统性能,并通过对座椅振动频响曲线的辨识建立数学模型,得到弹性系数、阻尼系数、固有频率等系统振动特性参数,为进一步进行拖拉机座椅的减振研究和设计提供了支撑。
This paper builds a test system of vibration on FOTON tractor,and gets the data reflecting the vibration characteristics.The vibration characteristics of tractor seat are analyzed with the help of this system.With establishing mathematical model through the identification of the frequency response curve,the vibration parameters of the system,such as Elastic Coefficient,Damping Coefficient and Natural Frequency are found.These results furnish theoretical basis for further studying on the absorber of vibration transmitted by tractor seat.
