摘要
针对潜水泵导流器叶片形状复杂、扭曲严重等在设计中存在的问题,以250QJ125型潜水泵为例,采用AutoCAD2006软件来介绍基于剪裁图的潜水泵导流器三维建模方法,即按照从控制点到轴面截线、从轴面截线到曲面、再从曲面到实体的步骤实现潜水泵导流器的三维实体建模。基于剪裁图的导流器三维建模能系统地反映导流器叶片设计理论,从而更好地进行深层次的研究,同时对提高产品设计质量、降低生产成本、缩短研发周期均具有较大的科研和经济意义。
Aimed at the problems of the complexity of blade's shape in guide vane of submersible pump design,take 250QJ125 type submersible pumps as example,introduce the guide vane of submersible pump 3D modeling method by AutoCAD2006 software on basis of prunes picture.The three-dimensional entity is built by means of CAD to draw line from point,then draw surface from line,finally get body of the guide vane from surface.The way can reflect guide vane designing theory,carry out deep-seated go into thereby much better,at the same time,it can raise product design mass,shorten the research time,decrease costs and have more scientific research and economic significance.
