广西北部湾经济区国家战略的实施为其战略性新兴产业的发展提供了新的依托和契机,广西北部湾经济区战略性新兴产业的发展作为增长型战略,拟通过思想观念、发展策略、招商方式、扶持政策、人才激励、融资手段、行政推动等方面创新构建广西北部湾经济区战略性新兴产业发展战略支撑体系,以期对新兴产业发展提供参考。

The implementation of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone as the national strategy provides new relying on and opportunity for its strategic emerging industries’development.As the growth-type strategy of strategic emerging industries’development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,it will construct the development strategy support system of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone strategic emerging industries from the innovation of the ideology,development strategy,investment promotion methods,supporting policies,talent incentive,financing means,administrative push and so on,in order to provide some references for emerging industry development.
